Chasing timesheets is a project manager's constant headache. Timesheets are critical for ensuring
customers are billed accurately and project budgets are adhered-to. HPS LightTouch™ provides an
intuitive interface allowing staff to record time quickly and easily and without having to use
spreadsheets.
Task data can be entered directly into a timesheet after the event; by entering individual task records
immediately following completion and attaching them to a timesheet later; by timing an event as it
occurs and attaching the task to a timesheet later-on. The second two options are explained in detail
in Time recording.
At any time during the completion of a timesheet, the timesheet can be submitted for approval by the
staff member's manager. Upon approval the timesheet summary line will be updated to confirm the
approval.
